Your letter’s contentions and statements are erroneous, without merit, and improper. If you have anything further to say such as your letter and email communication in which you accuse the Town, its Council, and staff of anything improper, you are directed to send it to this office. You are further directed to cease and desist from communicating directly with Town Council and staff in a manner such as what you have done with this email and its attachment.
Otherwise, I will immediately take action to stop it.
